Password help
If you know your current or temporary password, sign in and you can change your password yourself.
On first login with a temporary password, the terminal will automatically send you to the password-change screen. You do not need an administrator for that step.
- Use the email tied to your terminal account, or your username alias if one was provided.
- If you can log in, change your password from the secure password-change screen.
- If you cannot log in at all, request an admin reset. Passwords are not recoverable or visible after creation.
